Work Location/ Timings: It is 3 days onsite job at Orbit 2nd Floor , Knowledge city ,Raidurg , Hyderabad • Working hours: 2.30 PM to 10.30 PM IST - you can start later to this time and continue more after 10.30 PM Job Purpose   This role bridges business needs and technology solutions for Supply Chain and Distribution Systems, supporting U.S. operations from India. The analyst acts as a subject matter expert on warehouse management systems (WMS) and related applications, ensuring efficient operations and continuous improvement. This role embodies our C&S values by working as one team to deliver innovative solutions, tenaciously fulfilling commitments to our customers, and continuously improving our work environment.     Job Summary   The analyst will:  Analyze and translate business needs into technical solutions.  Configure, test, and deploy WMS and related applications, including voice systems  Troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance.  Develop and maintain system documentation.  Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies.  Collaborate with IS and business stakeholders.  Mentor junior team members.    Essential Functions   Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications.  Design, develop, and implement solutions to enhance warehouse operations and optimize supply chain processes.  Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for WMS and related systems.  Develop and maintain system documentation.  Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions.  Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies.  Contribute to system integrations, data flows, and reporting.  Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.  Provide training and support to end-users.    Work Environment   Office environment.  Position Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.  Functional Expertise: Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics principles, warehouse operations, and distribution processes. Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.  Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with WMS and related applications. Proficiency in SQL databases. Familiarity with system integration technologies.
