Job Description

  Job Summary:   Responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans aligned with the company’s goals. Ensuring revenue growth across B2B international Sales, B2B India sales, and the B2C segment by leading a high-performing sales team across different segments   Job Responsibilities: 1.     Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust sales strategy to meet changing market, competitive conditions and identify business opportunities (markets & industries) 2.     Expand the company’s presence in global markets by identifying new clients, distributors, and partners 3.     Build strong relationships with India, international buyers, and channel partners. 4.     Build and manage relationships with key clients, industrial buyers, and distribution networks. 5.     Develop customized solutions and proposals to meet client needs. 6.     Develop and implement strategies to grow the direct-to-consumer (B2C) segment. 7.     Optimize online sales channels, digital marketing, and e-commerce partnerships. Collaborate with marketing and product development departments to understand and promote the company’s product offerings 8.     Implement sales performance metrics and incentive programs 9.     Set pricing strategies and manage profitability across all sales channels 10. Drive cost-effective customer acquisition and retention strategies Prepare and present sales reports to MD, detailing sales performance, opportunities for growth, and other key metrics Requirement and Skills: 1.     Profound knowledge of sales strategies and industry trends to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. Financial acumen to forecast sales, budget effectively, and analyse performance metrics. Analytical skills to evaluate data and use it to make decisions Understanding of market trends and adaptability to follow those trends Demonstrated ability to increase sales and penetrate newer markets. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills Qualification: A master’s degree or MBA in the related field Experience: 10 to 15 years’ work experience in similar senior Sales role with a proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
