Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in React.js (Next.js) and Node.js (TypeScript) , with experience in building and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications . Exposure to Python will be a plus. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet business needs while ensuring optimal performance, security, and maintainability. Key Responsibilities: Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end. Front-End Development: Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.js (Next.js) with TypeScript . Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance. Back-End Development: Develop and maintain scalable APIs and business logic using Node.js (TypeScript, Express/NestJS) . Implement authentication (JWT, OAuth) and caching strategies. Database Management: Design and optimize relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis . Deployment & Infrastructure: Deploy and manage applications on on-premises servers using Docker and Kubernetes . Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Conduct code reviews and enforce high development standards. Testing & Debugging: Implement and execute unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests (Jest, Cypress) to ensure application reliability and performance. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to understand requirements, provide technical input, and deliver high-quality solutions. Mentorship: Guide junior developers, share best practices, and contribute to technical decision-making . Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role. Strong expertise in React.js (Next.js) and Node.js (TypeScript) . Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, authentication, and caching (Redis) . Hands-on experience with on-premises deployment and infrastructure management. Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies . Exposure to Python is a plus. Nice to Have: Experience with WebSockets, event-driven architecture (RabbitMQ/Kafka), and AI/ML integration . Understanding of performance optimization, security best practices, and scalable system design .
