Store Manager-Haus and Kinder Location- Bangalore- Mantri Mall Website-  Job Summary :The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth business functioning, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.  Role & Responsibilities: 1. Manage daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction. 2. To help the Customer enthusiastically in the process of locating the merchandise and suitably recommending as per his needs, responding to customer complaints and    concerns in a professional manner. 3. Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, enhance  profitability and meet targets. 4.  Ensure store compliance with health & safety regulations. 5.  Hiring, training & developing new employees. 6.  Oversee sales team performance, providing guidance on product knowledge, customer service standards, and goal setting. 7.  Conduct inventory management tasks such as ordering stock, receiving deliveries, and maintaining accurate records. 8.  Ensure visual merchandising standards are met by implementing effective displays and promotions. 9.  Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Requirement: 1. Strong Leadership and Team Management Skills. 2. Should be presentable, have excellent communication skills, confidence and convincing ability. 3. Experience as a store manager is a must with 2 years of experience in Retail/EBO. 4. Minimum qualification - Graduation/Diploma required. 5. Exceptional communication skills in English and Local language are must- both verbal and written . 6. Computer literate, including the ability to use point-of-sale systems, inventory management systems, and other software programs. 7. Product and industry knowledge.
