Job Title: Property Manager – Century Real Estate Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential/commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless site management, maintaining high-quality service delivery, and fostering strong relationships with clients, residents, and service providers. Key Responsibilities 1. Site Operations & Maintenance Ensure smooth operations of the site, covering security, fire & safety, technical maintenance, housekeeping, landscaping, finances, and customer relations Maintain and oversee electrical, mechanical, and security equipmen t within the premises, ensuring timely servicing and upkeep Conduct periodic site inspections and enforce Preventive & Predictive Maintenance (PPM) schedule s to prevent operational issues Maintain all necessary records, log books, and compliance documents professionally Manage procurement, repairs, and upgrade s of infrastructure and equipment 2. Service Delivery & Compliance Ensure all services are delivered as per the agreed terms and conditions Formulate, implement, and communicate standard operating procedures (SOPs) for site management Ensure full compliance with governing documents, local/state statutory policies, and legal regulations 3. Vendor & Personnel Management Screen, hire, and train service provider personnel to maintain high standards of service Assign and oversee daily/weekly responsibilities for the staff Evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements 4. Client & Resident Relations Develop and maintain cordial relationships with clients, residents, and local authorities Address and resolve customer queries and complaints effectively, ensuring a positive resident experience Regularly update and follow up on pending task tracker s with clients 5. Financial & Administrative Oversight Ensure timely submission of accurate financial reports, budgets, and other administrative paperwork Monitor site expenditures, suggest cost-saving initiatives, and oversee financial planning Provide prompt responses to emails and escalations Key Skills & Qualification Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experien ce in property/facility management Strong knowledge of building operations, maintenance, and compliance requirement Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skill Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, including residents, vendors, and internal team Experience handling crisis management, emergency preparedness, and risk mitigation Preferred Certifications (if any) Certified Facility Manager (C FM) or equivalent property management certification is a plus.
