Location: Hyderabad, India Duration: Full-time Reports to: Founder, Ridhira Group About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Founder's Office Executive to work directly with the Founder of Ridhira Group . This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across real estate, wellness, hospitality, and corporate strategy . You will play a pivotal role in driving high-impact projects, streamlining operations, and executing strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Founder on business planning, project execution, and cross-functional initiatives across the group’s diverse portfolio. Conduct industry research, competitor benchmarking, and feasibility analysis, particularly in real estate and hospitality sectors. Prepare business proposals, investor decks, and high-impact presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Drive execution of key wellness and hospitality initiatives, ensuring alignment with the Founder’s vision. Liaise with teams across project management, marketing, finance, and operations to track progress and ensure smooth execution. Support engagement with investors, JV partners, and external collaborators. Draft executive summaries, reports, and briefing notes for leadership meetings. Handle sensitive business information with the highest levels of discretion and professionalism. Requirements Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a similar role. Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field . Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, Calendar), Google Workspace , and project management tools. Ability to break down complex business problems and provide data-driven insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment . Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about real estate, wellness, and hospitality .
