We are looking for a CRM Business Analyst to enhance our internal systems, optimize CRM functionalities, and streamline data-driven decision-making. Role Overview: As a CRM Business Analyst , you will play a key role in improving our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and ensuring efficient data analysis. You will collaborate with IT teams, prioritize system enhancements, and oversee the testing and implementation of CRM updates. Key Responsibilities: ✔ CRM System Optimization – Identify areas of improvement in the CRM system to enhance efficiency and user experience. ✔ Prioritization & Coordination – Evaluate issues and enhancements, ensuring IT efforts align with business needs. ✔ Change Request (CR) Management – Document major CRM updates, secure approvals, and communicate requirements to the IT team. ✔ User Acceptance Testing (UAT) – Test new CRM functionalities before implementation to ensure they meet business needs. ✔ Go-Live Approval & Sanity Testing – Approve CRM changes for release and perform post-deployment checks. ✔ Business Intelligence & Reporting – Use BI tools to analyze data and generate insights for decision-making. Ideal Candidate: 4-6 years of experience in IT, software, or data analysis roles. Strong experience with BI (Business Intelligence) tools and reporting systems. Hands-on expertise in CRM platforms and workflow enhancements. Experience in UAT testing, software releases, and documentation . Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into IT solutions. Willing to relocate and stay on-site at Isha Foundation, Coimbatore . Why Join Us?
