The primary role is to lead, organize, develop and motivate the team to meet individual, team and business objectives. 02. The role will also involve liaising directly with internal or external clients, working in a fast paced, changeable environment, as well as supporting through escalations. 03. Motivate and inspire the team to achieve common goals (i.e. quality and on time deliverables) 04. Would be responsible for giving real-time feedback along with conducting timely performance appraisals of individual team members. 05. Taking responsibility in supporting the team members in difficult situations (e.g. high workload, very tight timelines etc.) 06. Participates in client calls/meetings autonomously. 07. Complete Knowledge & Hands-on experience of Data validation, cleaning, re-coding, formatting, merging and restructuring, integrating Open ended coding, Tables, weighting using Quantum and SPSS 08. Escalate any outstanding issue to next level as soon as identified. 09. Reviewing reports from QA & MIS and work on action plans to maintain healthy FTR, TAT, CSAT. 10. Would be responsible for keeping the team motivated & engaged and keep attrition levels under control. 11. The role would also involve time card validation & Approvals, leave planning & Approvals of individual team members. " Your Profile Essential Skills "1. Excellent Team management skills. 2. Effective Communication skills (oral, written and presentation) 3. Good knowledge of Data Validation, Tabulation, weighting of any complexity level. 4. Excellent analytical, problem solving, organization skills 5. Strong interpersonal skill to develop quick rapport in a team setting and establish solidcredibility with colleagues and cross functional teams 6. Flexible to work in night shifts" Desirable Skills "1. Good knowledge of advanced Statistical concepts (Correlation, Regression, ANOVA,) 2. Ability to write macros in MS excel/ SPSS is appreciated." Qualification and relevant years of experience 1. Any Graduate (preferably with computer, Mathematics and statistics background). 2. 5+ yrs of demonstrative Data Processing experience and hands-on experience on Quantum & SPSS."
