JOB DESCRIPTION- ASSOCIATE MANAGER- CONVERSION RATE OPTIMIZATION (CRO) RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Implement & drive improvements to the CRO framework 2. Develop and execute conversion optimization strategy with a goal of creating conversion rate and revenue lift through use of testing tools, understand nuance of a client's business and how it translates to conversion optimization 3. Develop or support the team in developing hypotheses, testing roadmaps and reports for optimization projects (A/B, Multivariate, Targeting, Personalization) 4. Evaluate conversion bottle necks against known best practices 5. Understand and implement ways to monitor conversion funnel congestions, design and usability factors of highly converting webpages. 6. Coordinate with developers, analysts, and researchers to drive projects forward 7. Oversee the structure, development, and monitoring of tests with a focus on achieving high testing velocity for clients DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 1. Experienced and knowledgeable with CRO tools to setup, launch, develop a/b tests (VWO, Optimizely, Optimize, Adobe Target, etc) 2. Experienced and knowledgeable Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tag management solutions, Tag audit solutions. 3. Experience with research tools including HotJar, CrazyEgg, Zarget or other similar tools 4. Experience with multichannel media campaigns including a working knowledge of paid search, testing ad text and landing pages, SEO 5. Organized and methodical in setting up processes to streamline testing cadence with a team of diverse skills 6. Understanding of psychology behind UI & UX 7. Understand best practices for UI and UX for landing pages, applications, mobile, and desktop 8. Strong grasp of ROI with an analytical mind to mine data for insights and generate hypothesis for constant and fast iteration testing. 9. A sound understanding of the methodology and mathematics behind effective testing 10. Effective communicator to market test ideas and influence test-related decisions 11. Excellent presentation and slide building skills to showcase learnings, results, and capture interest and attention DESIRED PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS 1.
