Implement innovative sourcing techniques, including leveraging social media, job boards, and professional networks. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters. Set performance targets and monitor team KPIs. Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the company's culture and values. Participate in job fairs and industry events to enhance brand visibility. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure recruitment processes comply with legal and organizational policies. Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment with at least 4 years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
