You will be instrumental in designing and delivering our local India Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing work-streams, reporting into the EB & RM APAC Lead. Identifying and promoting the value of working at Haleon. You collaborate across Talent Acquisition, partner with Marketing, support Business Units and work with external agencies and vendors to make big things happen. You’ve had a career in Recruiting, Human Resources, Marketing or Advertising, and now you’re ready to become a Recruitment Marketer You will keep the business up to date about the talent landscape, and act as a trusted advisor, partner, and influencer in attracting top talent. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Recruitment Marketing Supporting the growth of our business and hiring activity across India, you will help to provide Recruitment Marketing support across key areas, ensuring our first impressions as a growing company are compelling and accurate, such as: Crafting compelling narratives to inform advert writing, passive outreach and content, informed by persona work and focus groups Branding and project work with our local job board partners Company profile and branding, filming and project work Campus EBRM support, aligning with our global toolkits to support local activation and roadmaps e.g. social content, videos, campus collateral Continue to support enablement, training and localisation across our evolving EBRM tech stack, driving TA adoption and best practices: Papirfly (Brand Hub templates), VMJs (Video My Job, showcasing our employees across India) and New joiners advocacy activation and more Support in Referral campaign activation and local TA RM objectives. Enabling best practices whilst protecting our employer brand. Employer branding Advocacy will become a key workstreams across both EB & RM such as: Support in adoption, promotion and ongoing management of our latest EBRM tech stack tool: Hootsuite Amplify Support in activating and training employees, new joiner and Hiring Managers. Building our growing base of Haleon Advocates Support in identifying and creating local content as well as content series that align with our global content strategy will be essential in this role as we raise awareness of Haleon globally and locally in India. This may involve: Local content creation through photography, video or quote cards. Development of landing pages on our careers site and/or LinkedIn Life pages. Support in Eightfold our CRM content creation for community management. Reporting Monthly reporting on India specific data and workstreams Support in QBR updates to all stakeholders Close management and reporting regarding our reputation across Ambition Box and Glassdoor, whilst identifying how we can combine our Employee Listening data and dashboard insights across our reporting Building relationships and continued stakeholder support, comms and engagement throughout the year across our key partners is critical What we offer: None of us should ever feel like we are standing still.
