About the Role: As an Inside Sales Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert opportunities into successful partnerships. This role requires a proactive, target-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the clean energy revolution. RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify potential customers through market research, outbound calls, emails, and networking. Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their requirements and educate them about Statiq’s EV charging solutions. Qualify leads, track opportunities, and maintain an up-to-date CRM database to ensure smooth sales operations. Deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Consistently follow up on leads, address customer concerns, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets. Work closely with the field sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align strategies and improve sales performance. Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and agreements tailored to client needs. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine sales approaches. Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals. Monitor key sales metrics and provide regular reports on progress, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 1+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a related role. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple leads and drive them through the sales funnel. Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, etc. A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven approach. Basic understanding of the EV industry or a keen interest in clean energy solutions is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
