Position: Content Marketing (Ecommerce) Location: India, Bangalore - Office Full time/ Part time : Full time Key responsibilities: Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce content marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Content Calendar: Create and manage the brand's e-commerce content calendar based on key marketing moments and business priorities. Market & Consumer Insights: Analyse trends and competitor activity to refine content strategies. Paid Advertising: Design and execute digital ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and display networks. SEO Optimization: Implement strategies to improve website ranking and drive organic traffic. Email Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling. Social Media Engagement: Create engaging social media content and digital storytelling to drive consumer interaction. Content Creation & Management: Oversee the creation of brand-consistent content across e-commerce platforms and ensure it aligns with the brand message. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with design, product, and business teams to gather insights and create effective content. Performance Tracking: Monitor and track key content metrics (traffic, conversion rates) and optimize for better engagement. Vendor & Agency Management: Manage external agencies, vendors, and production houses to ensure high-quality content execution. Content Optimization: Continuously optimize content based on platform-specific requirements and emerging trends. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. Should have been responsible for content marketing specializing in Ecommerce marketing or worked in a D2C brand managing content with a focus on Digital / Ecommerce for a national, youth brand / lifestyle brand or should have worked in a digital Creative agency specializing in Digital and Ecommerce content. Strong understanding of content marketing principles and digital best practices. Proven experience in managing vendors, production houses, and creative agencies. Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and brand- aligned content. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital consumer behaviour, and conversion optimization strategies. Strong analytical skills to measure and report on content performance. Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
