Job Title : Quality Manager - Design for Reliability (Female Candidates Only) Responsibilities : Lead and manage problem-solving methodologies (DMAIC, 8D) to investigate issues alongside engineering teams. Focus on developing new products and improving the quality of legacy products. Ensure the implementation of Design for Reliability and related methodologies, driving operational excellence. Oversee failure rate prediction and OPEX modeling. Ensure effective implementation of Closed-Loop-Quality (CLQ). Manage team performance, including one-on-one meetings, target setting, and development plans. Handle resource planning, budget control, and stakeholder management. Develop and track Module Quality Strategies with relevant teams and stakeholders. Analyze quality-related data for process, product, and strategy optimization. Qualifications : Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical/Automation Engineering or a similar field. Proven management experience in cross-cultural teams. Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Experience in Quality Management, Design for Reliability, and electrical equipment. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team performance. Competencies : Motivated, result-oriented, and a strong communicator. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively across different time zones and cultures. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
