Key Responsibilities: Asset Strategy & Management Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize returns and minimize risks. Oversee the acquisition, utilization, maintenance, and disposal of assets. Conduct regular asset performance evaluations and recommend improvements. Risk & Compliance Management Ensure all assets comply with legal, regulatory, and corporate policies. Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks associated with assets. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams for audits and due diligence. Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, vendors, and regulatory bodies. Negotiate contracts and agreements related to asset acquisition and maintenance. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management and stakeholders. Operational Efficiency Implement asset lifecycle management best practices. Lead process improvement initiatives for asset tracking and reporting. Analytical Efficiency Excellent Data management skills. Work closely with stakeholders Pan India to maintain high level efficacy in entire Asset management workflow Publish reports frequently. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum Graduate / MBA 3+ years of experience in asset management, inventory management, or related roles. Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in asset management software and financial analysis tools would be an added advantage Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
