Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment Follow up of the Services Requests, Incidents and Problems reported by our customers by email or telephone advance understanding of problem solving skills for IT hardware in Datacenter. Team player, communication and Business Ethics. Datacenter knowledge is Must but certification is Plus.
