Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) services. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical teams, ensuring successful implementation of AI-driven solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of AI technologies, business process analysis, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities 1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis: o Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather AI-related requirements. o Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes to identify opportunities for AI integration and automation. 2. Solution Design: o Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for AI systems. o Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other teams to ensure feasibility of proposed solutions. 3. Documentation: o Create comprehensive documentation, including business cases, process workflows, and requirement specifications. o Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. 4. Stakeholder Communication: o Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and external vendors. o Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to align stakeholders on project goals and deliverables. 5. Testing & Validation: o Develop test cases and criteria to validate AI models and solutions. o Ensure solutions meet business expectations and regulatory standards. 6. Performance Monitoring: o Define KPIs and success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of AI implementations. o Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics and performance results. Qualifications and Skills • Educational Background: o Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields. • Experience: o 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in AI, data analytics, or technology services. o Familiarity with AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, NLP, predictive analytics) and their applications. • Technical Skills: o Knowledge of tools like ADO o Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python, R), prompt engineering and data processing pipelines is a plus. • Soft Skills: o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. o Strong communication and presentation abilities. o Ability to work in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
