1. Lead from the front and ensure that the regional product wise sales target are achieved. 2. Review and monitor region wise performance of the team on a weekly basis. 3. Conceptualize and develop region wise Products sales strategies in line with available resources. 4. Ensure cost in line with sales generated as per agreed norm. 5. To control regional or state operating cost. 6. Ensure that regional or state expenses does not exceed the budget amount. 7. Identify opportunities for developing existing market and exploring new areas by market intelligence through field force on periodic basis.
