Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to join our Professional Trade & Salon Division in the Hair Care Industry. The ASM will be responsible for managing sales operations, driving revenue growth, and developing long-term relationships with professional salons, distributors within the Jaipur territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for the beauty and hair care industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive the growth of the product portfolio within the assigned territory (Jaipur). Monitor and achieve sales targets for the professional salon segment, ensuring consistent revenue growth. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Professional Trade or Salon Division in the Hair Care industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing strong customer relationships. Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends. Strong understanding of the salon and beauty industry, including products, trends, and customer needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Experience in managing distribution channels, handling large accounts, and managing a team.
