CTC Budget – 3 LPA-8 LPA (depends on experience) Industry – AHU/HVAC Manufacturing Company Key responsibilities: Technically sound, good communication, must have worked in HVAC industry. Generate new sales leads and develop relationships with potential clients Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and requirements Prepare and present proposals to clients, highlighting the key benefits and features of our HVAC products and services Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring their HVAC system meets their needs Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure seamless installation and implementation of HVAC systems Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in HVAC technology Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Proven experience in HVAC sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Self-motivated and driven to succeed Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented and organized Valid driver's license Please share your resume mentioning your current CTC, expected CTC and notice period.
