ValueLabs is a leading digital transformation and technology services company. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT Service Management (ITSM) project management, with a preference for experience in the pharma domain. This role is crucial in determining and defining business needs and global requirements to develop and continue the growth of our ServiceNow environment.Responsibilities Determine and define business needs and global requirements to develop and continue the growth of SNOW environment Work closely with ServiceNow functional team to lead and drive technical solution design sessions for assigned ServiceNow applications A proven track record in ITSM project management (Preferred pharma domain exp) Manages and communicates ServiceNow release schedule Develops use cases, process diagrams, and requirements documentation using stories and scrum tasks in ServiceNow Document and map current ITSM processes and perform gap analyses against desired or best practice, preferably using industry standard techniques and frameworks such as Lean and ITIL Work closely with process owners and request type owners to elicit and agree requirements for request workflows and IT self-service on ServiceNow instance Work directly with end users to resolve escalated issues/defects within ServiceNowQualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Experience:5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and management. Proven experience in ITSM project management, with a preference for pharma domain experience. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including core modules and advanced features. Strong understanding of ITIL and Lean methodologies. Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Certifications:PMP, ITIL, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
