The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will strategically plan their approach to clients and offer compelling solutions to cater for client's needs. They are responsible for maintaining and developing relationships in order to meet sales goals.Role: Senior Business Development Manager (US Sales)Location: Hyderabad (Possibility for Remote)Job Type: Permanent** Office hours: 8.00 PM – 5.00 AM IST (8.30 AM-5.30 PM CST) **No. of positions: 4Key Responsibilities:- Sales Pipeline Development: Strategically develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to ensure continuous business growth across the U.S. market. - Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain excellent relationships with U.S.-based clients, orchestrating strategic interactions to maximize client engagement and satisfaction. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effectively collaborate with various internal teams to communicate CYAN360's unique value proposition, aligning efforts to capture and progress business opportunities within the U.S.Qualifications:- Demonstrated track record in business development, specifically within the SAP sector in the U.S. - Minimum 8 years experience in U.S.Sales and prior experience with SAP / Data Analytics / Cloud technologies is a must. - Advanced skills in market analysis and opportunity identification, tailored to the U.S. business environment. - Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities, able to craft and convey innovative business visions and value propositions grounded in robust thought leadership. - Deep knowledge of U.S. client business settings, including organizational dynamics, cultural factors, and key motivators for technological adoption.
