AI/ML Trainer – Job DescriptionPosition OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and passionate AI/ML Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning (DL) concepts, with a strong background in Python programming and related AI/ML frameworks. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions, mentoring learners, and staying updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies.Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training programs on AI, ML, and Deep Learning concepts. - Create course materials, hands-on projects, and real-world case studies. - Guide students and professionals through hands-on coding exercises and projects. - Explain complex AI/ML concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. - Conduct online and offline training sessions as required. - Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. - Assess trainees through assignments, quizzes, and projects. - Provide technical mentorship and career guidance. - Collaborate with curriculum designers and other trainers to enhance training effectiveness.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's/master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development or training. - Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, OpenCV, NLTK, etc. - Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, and deployment. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI services. - Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, and Big Data frameworks is a plus. - Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. - Ability to create interactive and engaging learning experiences.Employment Type- Full-time / Part-time / Contractual (as per requirement)
