This role will be pivotal in reaching out to potential clients to promote and sell our products or solutions/services .and supporting the sales process .Job Description: The Tele calling executivewill be responsible for generating leads and be the first contact with prospective clients, educating them on our products/services, and scheduling follow-up meetings for the sales team. The role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to qualify leads based on business needs.Responsibilities: Generate leads, initiate cold calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products/services. Handle inbound calls , address customer inquiries, provide solutions and schedule appointments Track and follow up on leads, ensuring all prospects are contacted in a timely manner. Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly with interaction details. Meet or exceed assigned daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and sales skills Able to make a minimum of 100+calls per day. Good spoken and written English is mandatory Ability to identify potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Familiarity with CRM software and basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel). Minimum 1 year of experience working in a Remote setup Self starter who is able to take responsibility . Minimum 3 years of total work experience of Tele calling in B2C/Franchise setupEducation:Graduation
