Our vision: to simplify and elevate everyday living — and we’re building the tech to power it all.What You'll Be Doing:Collaborate with our US-based tech lead and product team to architect and deliver scalable, feature-rich products.Work across the stack — building user interfaces in React and backend services using Node.js or similar frameworks.Ship key services and internal tools across:Chosan Rewards: a gamified loyalty and referral system.Chosan Points: virtual currency tracking and redemption.Chosan Park: resident parking and visitor management.Chosan Clean: cleaning service scheduling and dispatch.Design and integrate REST APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints.Build and manage cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Firebase, or similar) as needed.Oncalls and de-bugging as case tickets are opened / incidents arise. Participate in daily standups, code reviews, and sprint cycles.Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code with scalability in mind.What We’re Looking For:3–6+ years of full-stack development experience.Proficient in React.js (Hooks, Redux, etc.) and Node.js or an equivalent backend framework.Experience with RESTful APIs, authentication (OAuth, JWT), Typescript / Javascript, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).Familiarity with CI/CD workflows, version control (Git), and agile processes.Strong problem-solving skills, and a builder’s mindset — proactive and accountable.Comfortable working async and across time zones; fluent in English communication.Bonus Points If You Have:Experience working with Firebase, AWS Lambda, Vercel, or other serverless stacks.Familiarity with Next.js for SSR and SEO optimization.Background in startups, marketplaces, or multi-service platforms.Experience with payment systems, scheduling algorithms, or loyalty/rewards systems.What You’ll Get:Remote-first flexibility (India-based, with partial PST overlap preferred)Direct mentorship from a seasoned US-based tech leadOwnership over multiple product launches from day oneBe part of a fast-growing brand reshaping how people live, work, and thriveLong-term potential to lead verticals or manage junior devs
