The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and promoting company products or services. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients to introduce company products/services.Handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any concerns or issues they may have.Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions.Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.Achieve sales and call targets while adhering to the company’s service standards.Schedule appointments or follow-up calls as needed.Listen actively to customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or products.Provide feedback on customer concerns or suggestions to help improve service quality.Ensure a positive customer experience by providing efficient and courteous service.Skills & Experience:Excellent communication skills – Both verbal and written.Fluent in English Previous telecalling or customer service experience (preferred but not required).Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).Ability to handle high volumes of calls efficiently.Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.Behavioral Fit:Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Adaptable and able to handle changes in call scripts, services, or procedures.Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
