Senior Manager - Analytics Apply NowYears of Experience: 8+ Years ML/AIWork Mode: Remote ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement ML/DL, natural language processing and computer vision models and algorithms to address complex business problems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand specific requirements and develop and integrate ML solutions into the existing technology stack.Analyze and improve the performance of existing ML/DL/AI models by optimizing algorithms, tuning hyperparameters, and using advanced techniques such as transfer learning and reinforcement learning.Conduct research on the latest trends in Analytics, ML, AI, computer vision, and NLP, and incorporate new findings into the development process to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of technological innovation.Develop and maintain clear documentation for AI models, processes, and results to ensure transparency and ease of use for other team members.Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve the quality and maintainability of the codebase.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior ML engineers and data scientists.Work with pre-sales team as an SME to gather requirements, conceptualize solution and present the same to clientsSkill RequirementsProven experience (at least 8+ years) in ML/AI development, particularly in ML, with a strong understanding of NLP, deep learning, and neural networks.Proficiency in Python and at least one of the Deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.Familiarity with NLP libraries such as NLTK, SpaCy and Huggingface transformersWorking knowledge of Generative AI models and their architecturesFamiliarity with at least one of the two cloud platforms - Azure or AWSProficiency in exposing the solutions as API endpoints using ASGI frameworks such as FastAPIExperience with development tools such as Git and version controlExperience deploying the solutions using Docker and KubernetesFamiliarity with MLOps tools like Dagster, Airflow, MLFlow etc. to build orchestration pipelines and enable model versioning and trackingFamiliarity with data structures, algorithms, and core software engineering principlesStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.Good communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Statistical analysis, Hypothesis testing, Business Intelligence and have strong domain knowledge in healthcare or Mortgage/BFSI or CMT
