Your primary responsibility will be to develop, execute, and optimize email automation strategies to enhance student engagement, retention, and conversion.If you are a data-driven and creative professional with a passion for email marketing, we want to hear from you.JOB DESCRIPTION:As an Email Automation Specialist, you will have strategic oversight of lead nurturing efforts supporting student retention targets. The role will be responsible for various programs and journey implementations, audience segmentations, lead nurturing, and optimization efforts.You will work closely with other teams and departments to create, optimize, and manage retention automation programs and projects, including funnel management and user journeys.To be successful in this role, you should display a deep knowledge of email automation, and data management, and have a passion for analysis-driven culture.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Email Campaign Development:Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including automated drip campaigns, announcements, newsletters, and promotional emails.Collaborate with the marketing team to design compelling email content and visuals.Email Automation:Build and maintain automated email workflows using email marketing automation software (Dynamics for Marketing).Fully own the organization’s email retention programs and journeys, including strategy, segmentation, testing, deployment, and optimization.Set up triggers and segments to deliver personalized and targeted content to students.Performance Monitoring and Analysis:Track key email marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and use data insights to make data-driven decisions.A/B test email campaigns to optimize performance and engagement.List Management:Manage subscriber lists, ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact information.Segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and other relevant criteria.Compliance and Best Practices:Stay current with email marketing best practices, CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and other email marketing regulations.Ensure all email campaigns comply with industry regulations and internal policies.Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing team to align email campaigns with broader marketing strategies.Collaborate with the design team for creating visually appealing email templates.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven 3-5 years of marketing automation experience in Dynamics for MarketingProficiency with email marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and act on data.Excellent HTML/CSS skillsExcellent copywriting and editing skills.Knowledge of email marketing regulations and best practices.Detail-oriented, creative, and results-driven.Fluent EnglishExcellent communication skillsStrong project management skills
