The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to handle objections, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients and introduce IT services/products.Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.Explain the features and benefits of IT solutions effectively to prospects.Follow up on previous conversations to nurture leads and close deals.Maintain a database of prospective clients and update CRM regularly.Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies.Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information.Requirements:Prior experience in B2B/B2C cold calling for IT solutions.Experience in IT sales, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred.Strong understanding of IT products, services, or solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to handle objections and work in a target-driven environment.Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with lead generation and appointment setting.Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies is a plus.
