The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production process, ensuring product quality, optimizing workflow, and supervising the production team. This role requires a deep understanding of Jewellery manufacturing processes, strong leadership skills, and the ability to meet production targets while maintaining the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Production Management:Plan, organize, and oversee the production process to meet production targets.Ensure that production processes are efficient and cost-effective.Quality Control:Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure the highest standard of jewelry production.Develop and enforce quality control procedures.Team Leadership:Recruit, train, and manage the production team, including jewelers, setters, polishers, and other personnel.Motivate and mentor team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.Inventory Management:Manage raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory.Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels.Equipment Maintenance:Oversee maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production processes.Safety and Compliance:Ensure that all safety regulations and compliance standards are met.Promote a culture of safety within the factory.Cost Control:Manage production costs and optimize resource utilization.Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.Communication:Collaborate with other departments such as design, sales, and supply chain to ensure seamless operations.Provide regular updates to senior management on production status and challenges.Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience in jewelry manufacturing, with a minimum of 8 years in a managerial role.In-depth knowledge of jewelry production processes, materials, and quality control.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Proficient in inventory management and cost control.Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Bachelor's degree in jewelry design, production management, or a related field (preferred).NOTE :: *** Please refrain from applying if no Jewelry background experience.
