Job Position: Business Development Manager - Agency ChannelLocation: New DelhiDepartment: Agency ChannelReporting to: Assistant Branch ManagerJob OverviewThe Business Development Manager will manage the team of Agency Managers, ensure advisor recruitment as per plan, and assist the Branch Head in making the branch a profit centre and achieving annual business targets.Roles & Responsibilities- Promoting the brand image of SUD Life and implementing all initiatives of the Company related to brand-building exercises, as well as maintaining optimal & thriving relationships with allthe stakeholders- Recruitment of Agency Leaders and driving business through them- Tracking and guiding the activity of 10 Agency Leaders (AL) and Life Advisors (LA) daily- Planning to ensure business delivery every month- Monitoring new agent performance and creating successful agents- Empower the successful launch of Agency Leader- E nsuretraining of products and sales techniques to empower each team member- Ensure consistent business performance with operational effectiveness & control- Adherence to all IRDA regulations and keeping pace with changes in the regulatory guidelines/framework for Life Insurance particularly for agency channelStakeholder Management- All Leaders across the function including ABM, RM and ZM- Subordinates BDM and ALQualifications and Requirements- Graduate from a reputed institute- Highly self -motivated and ambitious individual in achieving self and team goals- Hiring Pool- At least 2+ years of experience in Agency channel in Insurance companies- Age: Life Insurance (LI) Agency Pool: 28 to 40 yearsSalary : 4 LPA + Incentives + benefitsSkills- Advanced verbal communication skills: Local Language proficiency with working knowledge of English- Strong Entrepreneurial skills, relationship management and networking skills with customer service intent, sales aptitude, interpersonal skills
