We Are Authentic.Responsibilities - What You’ll Be Doing:Essential:Experience in Courier/Logistics Operations – Minimum 5 years in courier management, logistics, or last-mile delivery.Commercial & Negotiation Skills – Proven ability to negotiate courier rates, manage contracts, and optimise pricing structures.Financial & Analytical Acumen – Experience in cost analysis, margin tracking, and performance reporting to improve courier profitability.WMS & Systems Knowledge – Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and courier integration platforms.Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution – Strong background in handling courier-related escalations and service disruptions.Strategic Project Management – Experience leading courier consolidation projects or implementing process improvements.Cross-Functional Collaboration – Ability to work closely with operations, finance, customer service, and account management teams.Performance Management & SLA Tracking – Experience in monitoring on-time delivery rates, courier SLAs, and service level agreements.Preferred:Industry Knowledge – Experience in 3PL, fulfilment, or supply chain strategy is advantageous.Process Optimisation & Automation – Ability to develop SOPs and streamline courier-related workflows.Stakeholder Engagement – Strong communication skills to influence internal teams and external courier partners.Data-Driven Decision Making – Familiarity with BI tools or reporting dashboards to track courier performance metrics.Experience & Seniority Level:Seniority: Mid to Senior LevelYears of Experience: Likely 5+ years in logistics, fulfilment, or last-mile delivery, with at least 2-3 years in a role involving direct courier management and negotiation.Ideal Backgrounds:Courier or last-mile logistics operations3PL (Third-Party Logistics) or fulfilment experienceTransport and distribution managementSupply chain strategy with a focus on cost optimisation and service improvementLeadership Expectation: While this role is individual contributor-focused, it requires a strategic mindset, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive company-wide cost efficiencies.Work ScheduleAs the client is UK-based, you will be required to work in UK daytime:Monday to Friday8 am - 5 pm GMT (1:30 PM - 10:30 PM IST)Pay & Benefits - What you’ll get in return:Annual CTC: 8 - 11 lakh per yearDevice: An annual reimbursement of Rs 24,000/- for using your own laptop or computer.Fully remote roleBe part of a passionate, friendly and transparent culture which encourages your suggestions for improvement as we growFull training and ongoing supportAn unparalleled opportunity to be a team member of the UK’s largest mobile servicing, maintenance and repair business
