Business Location: ATZ Shipping Trade & Transport Pvt Ltd A 401 Gasper Enclave, Near Golds GYM, 201 Dr Ambedkar Rd, Pali Market JN, Bandra West, Mumbai.Key Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, orrelated field preferred.Experience: Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in customer service and operations within the freight forwarding industry, with a focus on Ocean Export.Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ocean freight operations, shipping lines, international trade, and customs regulations.Roles & Responsibility 1) Customer Service Management: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to Ocean Export.Provide timely updates on shipment status, including booking confirmations, vessel schedules, and documentation requirementsHandle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively to maintain high service standardsBuild and nurture strong relationships with key clients to foster long-term partnerships. 2)Ocean Export Operations:Coordinate all operational aspects of Ocean Export and Import shipments, including booking containers, cargo loading, and scheduling vessel departures.Ensure timely submission and accuracy of export documentation such as bills of lading, shipping instructions, and customs clearance.Liaise with shipping lines, carriers, and overseas agents to ensure smooth and efficient movement of cargo.Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any operational disruptions. 3) Documentation and Compliance.Prepare and review all necessary export documentation in compliance with local and international regulations.Ensure adherence to export laws, regulations, and customer requirements, minimizing risks related to documentation errors.Collaborate with the customs brokerage team to ensure the timely clearance of goods.4) Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure client requirements are met and service levels are maintained.Coordinate with finance and billing departments to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payment collections. 5)Reporting & Performance MonitoringGenerate regular reports on shipment status, customer feedback, and operational performance for management review.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service and operational efficiency.Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase client satisfaction and operational productivity.
