Which will require occasional travel to Bengaluru, and visting potential customers.We're looking for a driven sales leader who has experience of building and scaling global inbound sales teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in building both inbound and outbound sales motions in the cybersecurity/dev tools industry.Roles & Responsibilities:Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that includes inbound and outbound efforts, set quotas, and manage the sales teamManaging the sales pipeline for accurate forecasting and effective lead flowBuilding an outbound sales motion from the ground up to generate new leadsOwning and increasing MQL conversion ratesEvaluate and implement sales tools to enhance efficiency of sales processesManaging monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas of SDRs & AEsSegregating MQLs in MOFU, TOFU and BOFU, and building strategy to convert each segmentHiring SDRs, AEs and training them to build a high performing sales teamMonitoring and evaluating team performance against targets, providing coaching and feedback to improve effectivenessBe hands-on, and own your personal quota tooWorking closely with marketing, product and customer success teams to ensure world-class customer experience post salesTravelling to meet high value potential customers and for events will be requiredYour mission: 7+ years of experience in a sales development role in tech B2B SaaS product companies.
