In response to evolving market demands, we also ensure seamless execution and communication with the right stakeholders across all platforms.Project Management:Overseeing the day-to-day management of clients’ marketing and advertising campaigns (while the Account Executive handles execution, the Account Manager's role is to supervise and guide).Providing proactive leadership that motivates teams to deliver their best performance.Maintaining regular communication and fostering relationships with clients at the senior level.Organizing and gathering client feedback to inform project direction.Actively contributing to new business development efforts to grow the agency's practice.Strategizing and planning at a senior level, with a proven track record of building strong brands.Ensuring the agency’s success by aligning measurement plans with client briefs, keeping both clients and internal teams focused on the objectives.Representing the agency’s perspectives clearly, both in writing and during formal presentations or informal client meetings/workshops.Identifying new opportunities for the agency through an insightful understanding of client accounts, digital media trends, and an entrepreneurial mindset.Collaborating with project management to maintain the profitability of client engagements.Business Development:Supporting senior team members in the development of new business initiatives.Assisting in the creation of case studies and preparing first drafts for award submissions.Contributing to the RF marketing calendar.Capabilities:Foster a culture of insight-driven thinking across the wider teams.Demonstrate strong project management skills by working closely with account teams, ensuring they are informed of timelines and deadlines.Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of campaigns after launch to assess success.Proficient in using digital platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Weibo, and WeChat.Participate in at least four new business pitches, with the potential to engage in more.Team & People Skills:A proactive approach to problem-solving.Encourage and drive a culture of insight-led thinking across all teams.Demonstrates strong people skills by fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment, actively contributing to team success, and promoting open communication.Effectively builds relationships with both internal teams and clients, encouraging a culture of mutual respect, trust, and continuous learning.
