As a Digital Marketing Expert at Airtel Finance, your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to drive awareness, lead generation, and conversions for products including personal loans, EMI cards, business loans, fixed deposits, and credit cards. You will be expected to work hands-on with campaign management, creative development, and data analysis to meet business objectives while continuously optimizing for higher ROI. Key Responsibilities: Paid Media Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads for Airtel Finance’s diverse financial products (personal loans, business loans, EMI cards, credit cards, and fixed deposits). Work closely with the product, marketing, and analytics teams to design targeted campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion for the financial products portfolio. Creative Ad Development & Testing: Develop compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages tailored to each product offering. This has to be done in collaboration with the brand team. Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad formats, messaging, and creatives to maximize campaign performance. Campaign Optimization & Data-Driven Decisions: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for key metrics such as CPA (Cost per Acquisition), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and CTR (Click-Through Rate). Leverage data insights to refine targeting, bidding strategies, and creative assets to improve conversion rates and overall campaign performance. Budget Management & Allocation: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient spend across Meta and Google platforms to meet campaign objectives. Allocate budgets across campaigns and channels based on performance data, continuously adjusting strategies for optimal results. Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with product teams to ensure seamless user journeys from awareness to conversion, optimizing touchpoints across digital channels. Use analytics tools to track user behavior and experiment with landing page designs and messaging to maximize conversion rates. Cross-Channel Campaign Integration: Integrate paid media campaigns with other digital channels (content marketing, SEO, email marketing) to create cohesive, cross-channel strategies that increase customer touchpoints and product adoption. Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities through integrated paid media campaigns, introducing users to Airtel Finance’s entire suite of products. Performance Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular campaign performance reports to key stakeholders, highlighting insights, key metrics, and strategic recommendations. Collaborate with internal teams to adjust strategies and campaigns based on performance data, user feedback, and market trends. Innovation & Experimentation: Drive experimentation by testing new ad formats, targeting options, and creative strategies to continually push for better results. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital advertising, especially on Meta and Google Ads, and apply innovative tactics to improve overall campaign effectiveness. Skills & Experience Required: Experience: 5+ years of experience in running paid media campaigns, especially on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. Proven track record of managing campaigns for financial products, ideally in the fintech or digital finance space (personal loans, EMI cards, business loans, fixed deposits, credit cards). Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant analytics and reporting tools. Strong understanding of paid media strategies, A/B testing, and performance optimization across Meta and Google platforms. Expertise in campaign budget management, targeting, and ad copy development for financial services. Proficiency in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user journey optimization. Ability to analyze large sets of data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
