Job Title: Assistant General Manager, Projects - Construction Company: Ramcons Turnkey Building Solutions Location: Chennai, India Experience - 20+ years in CONSTRUCTION (Experience with reputed builders specializing in high-end flats or independent houses.) Education - BE Civil or Diploma Civil. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: ₹1,25,000 – ₹1,50,000 Per Month (Depending on Candidate Ability and Experience) About Us: Ramcons Turnkey Building Solutions is a leader in luxury residential and commercial construction, specializing in high-end projects. With a commitment to quality and excellence, we are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as Assistant General Manager (Projects). Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee multiple construction sites from inception to completion, including interior finishing and handover. Taking ownership of project sites on progress, quality, safety, cleanliness, process adherence and working as a team to achieve the above. Scheduling, planning and coordinating to ensure all projects are on schedule and that all works are happening in parallel in full swing to quality and speed, ensuring coordination with all departments as required. Must have vendor/labour sourcing experience. Collaborate effectively with architects and clients, ensuring seamless project execution. Utilize a personal database of quality contractors and vendors, bringing them on board as needed. Mobilize and manage project teams, including junior and senior engineers. Orienting and Checking if critical reports and requirements are shared by reporting staff - Work issue, DLA, Photos, Work plan, Indents, Bills, Engineering related data to be shared Ensure adherence to safety standards and site regulations. Proficient in software tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD. Preferred Experience/Qualification Candidates with stable career trajectories, avoiding frequent job changes. Kindly ensure resume has details of PROJECTS WORKED - like Project Type/Project Name/Project Size etc. Only Infra and industrial construction experience NOT SUITABLE Strong communication skills in English. Proven ability to manage contractors, consultant and clients independently. Must possess a two-wheeler or four-wheeler.
