Job Title

The role holder is responsible for providing packaging solution for a new client which is aesthetically appealing and technical beneficial for the customer. The role incumbent is also responsible for conducting feasibility study thereby providing multiple solutions to the client based on graphical enhancements. Key Performance Areas:  Adherence to Turn Around Time (TAT)  Number of new solutions provided  Number of new product Innovations  Customer Development/New Business Support  MIS & Reporting Key Activities & Responsibilities: Technical Service Management:  New Product Developments : Gathering customer inputs & observations from frontline personnel or dealing with customer & prepare the projects based on product/process qualification.  Customer Coordination : Physical or Virtual co-ordinations with brand manager/Packaging Head/Agency for Individual Projects to understand their expectations and needs thereby explain the technologies and integrities related to the packaging solutions.  Innovation : Explore options for clients by coordinating with Innovation centre team as well as with PDD Prepress for new materials and packaging techniques and solutions which are aesthetically appealing.  Feasibility : Ensure that the client requirement is feasible for production by collaborating with production team at plant.  Events : Arranging all physical & Digital inputs , Workshop Participation, Attending Seminars etc. Sales Support:  Develop strategic relationships to help grow business with key vendors and customers  Formulate strategies and solutions aimed at enhancing Parksons brand value and visibility in the market. Customer Development:  Provide timely support to customers and ensure customer satisfaction and retention  Ensure timely resolution of any customer requirement with minimum TAT  Work closely with Innovation centre and PDD- Prepress team to address the issues related to the client requirements.  Liaison with all stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of operations
