**Hiring for a client** Position: SAP HCM Consultant Location: On-site Armenia & Mumbai, Indore Employment Type: Full-Time/Contract Experience Required: 5 to 8 yrs Key Responsibilities: Implementation and Configuration: Should have 1-2 End to End Implementation exposure Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP HCM modules, including Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (TM), Payroll, and Benefits. Customize SAP to meet specific business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Should have good exposure in Payroll and Time Management. Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing HR processes to identify areas for improvement and automation. Design and document optimized processes that leverage the capabilities of SAP HCM.
