Educational Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Instrumentation engineering from an accredited college or university Experience (Must for the job role): Min. 3 years of hands-on experience of AMC support and programming, engineering and commissioning for Building automation systems like Schneider / Johnson Controls / Siemens / Tridium / Trend Controls / Webs / Distech / EasyIO ELV Systems (Access control / Fire Alarm / CCTV / GSS / WLD etc) maintenance experience preferred Job Location: Bengaluru / Chennai / Hyderabad Job Type: Full time Job Responsibility: Core Activities Designing inputs for system arch. including shop floor design of the project for submitting to the client/consultant for approval Supporting estimation team and device selections. Programming, Installation supervision, testing and commissioning of BMS and ELV Systems Development of Engineering documents like FAS layout / CCTV layout / Access control layout / BMS control strategy etc Preparation of as built details and submitting to Client’s approval Maintenance & troubleshooting of Honeywell, Schneider, JCI Or Siemens DDCs system Maintenance & troubleshooting of ELV Systems PPM activity and reactive call for BMS & ELV systems as per client SLA BMS & ELV system backup, image backup of all software and emergency / breakdown support Admin Activities: Following company HSE processes and adhering to code of conduct Managing project deliverables by coordination with internal teams Site inputs for MIS generations for Project Manager Submitting customer invoices, getting approvals of the same and follow up on payments with customers Submitting customer signed reactive / breakdown call report to manager same day Submitting customer signed PPM report within 2 days after the PPM completion to the manager Handing AMC supplies associated activities Self-Development Activities: Developing skills to understand different verticals of business and customer business processes Self-learning of Technology / software tools wherein KED predominantly work upon. Developing recruitment skills towards basics of company operations technologies.
