What we are looking for: Role: Python Developer Location: Coimbatore (On site) Experience Required: 3 years What you’ll do: Develop & Optimize Backend Systems – Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications using FastAPI, Django, or Flask. API Development & Integration – Create and manage RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between systems. Database Management – Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases, ensuring performance and reliability. Automation & Process Optimization – Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and reduce manual efforts. Performance & Security – Optimize backend services for scalability, security, and reliability. Our ideal candidate: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python backend development (FastAPI/Django/Flask). Strong expertise in REST API development and third-party API integration. Solid understanding of database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL). Experience with automation scripting and optimizing backend workflows. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. Brownie points if: (Nice to Have) Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation (Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins). Knowledge of event-driven architectures and message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka). Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure management.
