Job Summary: We are seeking a visionary Microsoft .Net and React Technical Architect with extensive hands-on experience in microservices, .Net 6/8, React and PostgreSQL. This role is designed for a leader who thrives on creating high-level architectural designs and guiding teams towards the realisation of robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical depth, architectural skills, and a passion for leveraging the latest technologies to solve complex problems. Any startup experience will be invaluable in driving innovation and setting the technical directions. Key Responsibilities: Lead design and architecture of multi-tiered web apps using .NET Core and React, adhering to best practices. Develop clean, maintainable code with C#, .NET Core, React.js, Redux, and SonarQube for quality and technical debt management. Design scalable microservices using REST, gRPC, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and API Gateways like Ocelot. Implement real-time monitoring with Kibana and structured logging with Serilog. Build event-driven architectures for high-throughput data processing with Kafka. Develop RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints for seamless front-end and back-end communication. Design and optimize databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cosmos DB) for scalable solutions. Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. Deploy and scale applications using Azure, AWS, Redis, Blob storage, Key Vault, and Terraform. Optimize performance using profiling tools like Application Insights and New Relic. Implement security practices such as OAuth, JWT, and encryption. Maintain automated testing frameworks with Jest, Mocha, Selenium, and Cypress. Provide mentorship to junior developers, promoting continuous learning and improvement. Required Skills: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. 10+ years’ experience in Full Stack Architecture with expertise in .NET and React (4+ years as .NET Technical Architect). Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js) and back-end development (C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework). Experience in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), containerization (Docker), and Kubernetes. Expertise in microservices architectures, including API Gateway, Circuit Breaker, and Event Sourcing. Experience with Kafka, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, and SonarQube. Knowledge of mobile app frameworks like React Native. Agile and Scrum methodologies knowledge. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
