Role Summary: As our Onsite Talent Acquisition Partner (RPO Implant), you'll be a strategic talent advisor, embedded within our client's team to manage end-to-end recruitment. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, implement effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Talent Partner: Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent needs and develop tailored recruitment plans. Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Utilize diverse sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract top talent. Exceptional Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, transparent candidate journey through clear communication and timely feedback. Conduct thorough candidate assessments for skills and cultural fit. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing talent acquisition expertise. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Data-Driven Insights: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and inform decisions. Provide regular reports on recruitment progress and outcomes. Employer Brand Ambassador: Promote our client’s organization as an employer of choice through compelling messaging and participation in recruitment events. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Experience in talent acquisition, ideally within an RPO or onsite environment. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency with ATS and recruitment technologies. Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive results.
