Position: Senior Software Developer (SDE II) - Full Stack Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Software Developer with expertise in full-stack development to join our team at Stir. We are building a marketing tech B2B marketplace focused on content creators abroad. You’ll be a part of a small team where you will lead the early development of our platform. You will work closely with the founding team and be expected to have complete ownership of product delivery. This will NOT be a cushy role. Key Responsibilities: Lead the overall design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable solutions across frontend and backend technologies Drive the implementation of best practices for software development, including code reviews, A/B testing etc. Collaborate with business team to understand product requirements and deliver high-quality solutions You’ll be expected to ship code yourself while managing a 2-3 people engg team Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Experience in technologies like Node JS, Next JS, Postgres, Knex, RabbitMQ, Express, React, Selenium, RapidAPI, SuperToken and 3rd party AI APIs Knowledge of things like Jenkins, error monitoring systems, Docker, load balancing, scaling databases, advanced database queries and CDNs Prior experience of 3+ years working in similar roles building end-to-end products from scratch Location: Green Park, New Delhi Role: Full-time, on location
