About the role We are seeking a data-driven Content Marketing Analyst to join our high-performing team. In this role, you'll be the analytical backbone of our content marketing strategy, transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive our content decisions, track performance against goals, and support leadership reporting. Key Responsibilities Analyze content performance metrics across all channels to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization Create and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to track KPIs and progress toward team goals Support the Head of Content Marketing by preparing data-backed recommendations for strategic decisions Coordinate and track goals for team leaders, ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives Schedule, prepare for, and follow up on regular meeting cadences with team members Analyze audience engagement and behavior to identify content preferences and consumption patterns Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark our content performance against industry standards Present complex data in clear, accessible formats for various stakeholders Required Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing environment Strong proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) Excellent knowledge of content marketing metrics and KPIs Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights Experience supporting leadership teams and managing upward Preferred Qualifications Background in content marketing strategy or execution Experience with marketing automation platforms Knowledge of performance marketing Project management / multi stake holder experience Familiarity with agile methodologies Success in this role The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with strategic thinking to help our content marketing team make data-informed decisions.
