The intern will assist in various marketing activities, including client briefings, site visits, and follow-ups with clients for payments and registration processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist in conducting client briefings and presentations for potential buyers. Coordinate and participate in site visits with clients, showcasing properties and addressing queries. Follow up with clients regarding payments, registration, and related formalities. Help in preparing marketing materials and presentations. Support the marketing team with general administrative tasks. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of real estate market trends and property offerings. Ability to work independently and in a team. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing is a plus. Duration: 3-6 months Stipend: As per company policy.
