Business Development Head Location: Mumbai About the Role Expanding the capabilities of Coface Business Information through channel sales while simultaneously driving revenue and profit. Key responsibilities include designing, updating and executing an effective Go-To-Market(GTM) strategy for channel sales. Channels include (but not limited to) referral channels - introducers, brokers and TCI colleagues for x-sell and sell-through channels – trade-tech platforms. Another key purpose of the role is to make sure the product addresses the market requirements and is compliant with regulations by working closely with partners and Coface product teams. MAIN TASKS Develop and execute on Coface Group’s Business Information channel strategy in India with medium term objectives and long term vision Clear definition and excution of GTM strategy for channel sales Convert opportunities where direct contracts are possible adhering to legal and regulatory framework Work closely with the partner and Coface product teams to push for any product enhancements required to be successful in India market Drive incremental Coface BI revenue through new and existing partnerships Builds a presence in targeted industries through events and association presence and presentations Collaborate with top and regional partnership management stakeholders to developing business and account plans and go-to-market strategy and tactics Manage a steady stream of channel sales pipeline Running cadence with channel partners to ensure there is a strong path to meet and exceed the revenue commitments Represent Business Information and our solutions at external events also working closely with marketing team to build impactful content for the market Strategically manage the partnerships to ensure success, including leading quarterly business reviews, identifying, and addressing roadblocks, and additional opportunities to drive value. Ensure channel partners are enabled and trained sufficiently to sell Coface propositions to India market Act as a first escalation point for any channel partner related issues in the region Qualifications EDUCATION (e.g. master’s degree in economics or related, . . .)
