Assessment Link: Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: Perform thorough requirements analysis and ensure alignment with business needs. Document and communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to cross-functional teams and management. Conduct meetings with various stakeholders to gather critical information and produce useful reports. Collaborate closely with clients, technical teams, and managerial staff to ensure successful project delivery. Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff. Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements. Manage projects by developing plans, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely completion. Regularly update, implement, and maintain procedures in line with business goals. Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and users to ensure alignment on expectations. Manage competing resources and priorities, ensuring efficient workflow. Evaluate and optimize business processes, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions. Lead reviews of business processes, automation strategies, and systems modernization initiatives. Stay up-to-date on the latest technological advancements to continuously improve systems and processes. Conduct presentations to share findings and ideas with relevant stakeholders. Technical Skills Required: Previous experience in Business/Systems Analysis (5+ years). Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies. Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills. Strong documentation skills, including creating detailed reports and delivering presentations. Competency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools. Ability to influence stakeholders and provide acceptable solutions. Ability to follow through on commitments and ensure project success. Functional Skills: Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively in a team setting and provide leadership. Self-driven, flexible, and innovative mindset. Qualification: BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Previous work experience as a Product Owner is a plus. Previous development experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
