About the role: As a Manager - Content Strategy at Pepper Content, you'll play a key role in shaping content-driven solutions across SEO, thought leadership, B2B demand generation, owned assets, consumer journeys and YouTube. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Consultation Understand client challenges and propose tailored strategies. Own content strategy across SEO, thought leadership, B2B demand generation and more. Conduct industry analysis and identify content gaps and opportunities. Execution & Delivery Develop impactful content strategies with clear execution roadmaps. Oversee the creation and optimization of owned assets (websites, apps, social media, CRM). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive solutions. Customer Success & Thought Leadership Lead client strategy discussions, ensuring alignment with brand goals. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. Ensure long-term customer engagement and retention. Key Qualifications: 4-7 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, SEO, and content marketing for B2B/B2C brands. Strong analytical and storytelling skills. Experience with SEO tools, consumer research, and analytics. Excellent client-facing communication, pitching, and problem-solving skills.
