Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Controller to oversee and manage the financial operations of our organization in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be a CA with 10-12 years of post-qualification experience , possessing strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and risk management. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the finance function, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company policies. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to optimize financial performance. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with IFRS/Indian GAAP . Develop internal controls and risk management frameworks to enhance governance and financial integrity. Drive cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives. Manage audits (internal, external, statutory) and liaise with auditors, regulatory authorities, and tax consultants. Monitor and ensure compliance with GST, direct tax, transfer pricing, and other financial regulations . Provide financial insights and strategic guidance to senior management for decision-making. Lead the finance team, ensuring capability development and process improvements. Key Requirements: CA qualification with 10-12 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting. Proven experience in financial management, reporting, compliance, and internal controls. Strong understanding of IFRS, Indian GAAP, taxation (direct & indirect), and regulatory frameworks . Hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP) and financial reporting tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail. Experience in manufacturing, retail, or supply chain industries is preferred. Why Join Us?
